Here's what you need to have for your character application. =3
Picture: Optional.
Name:
Gender:
Age (as of entering rp):
Rank and Clan:
Physical Description: All you have to include is the fur and eye color. But I like to lump it all together so that people who want to say more have a good place to put it x3
Personality:
History: Optional for apprentices and kits. I enjoy showing off a little with these, but you don't have to include more than a sentence or two.
For leader applications, also include:
Why would you -- YOU, not your character! -- do well with a leader position on the site? What would make your character interesting as one? Note I don't say "good" for characters. We've all seen the different ways you can have a "good" leader. I want to know what makes your cat original.
(I also want to know here that I can trust you with a high rank.)
Tell me about your deputy.
What responsibilities will the person you choose as deputy share with you? How will you choose them? How limited will their powers be? etc. I want to know about the OOC position, not what the character should be like, not who the person will be. =)
This is also where I find out if you looked at the webbie. =P
If you haven't mentioned it already - how often are you online? Are you on many other forums/roleplay sites? How much experience do you have with roleplay as a whole, with Warriors roleplay, and with admin spots in forums?
Rp example: I want this to be your average roleplaying, not some super-shiny example you fixed up just for this. This is how good you'll be doing on a regular basis, not the best you've ever done. ^^
For medicine cat applications, also include:

Tell me about your apprentice.

Keep in mind the different things leaders and medicine cats are supposed to do. ^^ Depending on what I've seen of you in the past, if at all, I may also throw a forum scenario at you before I accept the audition.
