Hi, i have a few suggestions for your site that could help you attract some more members. Because this site seems very fun and i hate to see good sites die.
1) Well, something that really helped my site when i first started out, was a Chat Box. It allows other members to communicate a little faster, so they don't have to keep replying over and over to a post.
2) Another thing that helped my site, is to add more boards and a nice header to your site. Check out some other sites and check out their headers, it'll give you some ideas.
Having more boards to a site, allows members to get a better grasp on what this particular place is supposed to look like, and can give them a few more optional places to RP in.
3) Another thing that helps, is to have a nice Skin. I like this one, don't get me wrong, but having more options for skins can help and give members more options to choose from.
4) When it comes to sites, it REALLY helps to have solid rules, and to make sure to enforce them. You can cut members little slack though if they are new, but not too much, or you'll have to ban them. And no Admin likes to do that.
5) When it comes to a chat box, always have rules for it! Like, no cursing, or no bullying, no advertising, things like that. It's good to have rules, because you don't want things to get to out control when you get more members.
5) MAKE IT FUN FOR EVERYONE!!!!! NUMBER 1 RULE!!!

Because, when i see a site that looks like it would be really fun, and like the Admin worked very hard, i hate to see it die. Because it shouldn't. So, i decided to try and help people out and keep their sites going. Well, i don't care whether or not you take my advice or not, it's your site. But i do like you site, and you should do whatever you want to it!
