Hello, I'm Morgrim. I tripped over this site pretty much by accident; I was actually looking for another RP site I've misplaced the link from, got distracted, took a side turn and ended up at the Freewebs page. I thought it looked interesting and wandered over.

I've been roleplaying in various forms for almost five years now and I'd like to think I know vaugely what I'm doing. I also know I have a very long way to go. This is the first time I've actually considered doing a cat roleplay. Actually. it's the first time I've considered doing a true animal roleplay, so I'm still a little hesitant to make a character. On most forums, I specialise in playing unusual shapeshifters, although playing an shifter who could become an ocelot is the only time I've done felines.

One question I have: is this site based on a game or novel, or is it entirely of Wandersoul's imagination? Several posts have left me confused about that.

Yes, Warriors is based on a series of novels by the same title, by two people taking the name Erin Hunter. I think the official website is...http://warriorcats.com or something along those lines. But I've seen people who've roleplayed without ever reading the books, or started reading them after they started roleplaying...I have to say there's probably more variations on the books than there are books themselves, and that says something. xD

Hmm...you know what, I may actually have an old 'tutorial' thing I came up with on a different (dead) forum...it's a bit wordy but I could give you the link if you want...matter of fact I was eventually intending to post it on the Freewebs site but I got sick of trying to work practically dead links and there wasn't much else to do yet but advertise. xD

Annnd....yeah. I'm Wandersoul, Wander, Ren, whatever you wanna call me; I've been roleplaying for three years or so and writing for longer. I've only been roleplaying wolf longer than I have Warriors (and I don't really roleplay wolf anymore anyway xD) but oddly enough my actual stories are medieval fantasy. oO; I like shapeshifters too, although I haven't yet managed to work one in...anywhere...
